Thursday, September 6

1:00 PM                   Registration at Stobie Seaplane Base

                                 One shuttle van will be running starting at 1:00 PM

5:30 PM                   Registration will be moved to the Katahdin Parking Lot

6:00-9:00 PM          Katahdin Buffet and Sunset Cruise - Entertainment by Dave Mallett

Reservations for the Buffet/Cruise can be made ONLY through the Fly-In. 

Please DO NOT contact the Katahdin for reservations!

Friday, September 7

8:00 AM-all day      Registration at Stobie Seaplane Base

                                  Shuttle Vans will be running

                                  Exhibitors set up at Stobie

                                  Poker Run

                                  Free day of flying and exploring the area

                                  Visit the unique shops of downtown Greenville!

6:00 PM                   Steak and Lobster Cook-Out at Telford’s Hangar, Airport

Saturday, September 8

7:00-9:00 AM          Public Breakfast at the Masonic Temple, Pritham Avenue

                                  Shuttle Vans will be running

TBA                          Pilot’s Meeting will be held.  Time  and  place TBA

10:00 AM-all day    Organized Fly-bys

                                  Activities at the Greenville Municipal Airport and the Seaplane Base 

                                  Craft Fair in Downtown Greenville

                                  Contest order has yet to be determined

6:00 PM                   Banquet at Telford’s Hangar, Greenville Airport

Sunday, September 9

 

7:00-9:00 AM         Public Breakfast at the American Legion Hall, Pritham Avenue

TBA                         Seaplane Pilots’ Association Breakfast Meeting on the Kate

10:00 AM                Completion of contests not done on Saturday

12:00  PM               Winner of the 50/50 Raffle will be drawn

                                 Craft Fair continues in downtown Greenville
